UPRISING – An Original Play by Ad Astra Theatre Troupe
UPRISING, an original play by Grace Alberti, Lale Davidson, and Carie LeCours about the Warsaw Uprising, presented by the Ad Astra Theatre Troup Ltd. The Troupe is organized, staffed, and directed by high school students who wrote the play in response to a presentation on the women of the Warsaw Uprising by Aline Nowobliska. After some 5,000 hours or research and creative interplay and with a review and support from author Sophie Hodorowicz Knab, the play was first performed in Saratoga Spring, NY. This talented and historically-minded group of young students will be touring across the state with this piece.
Tickets are $15. Students and senior citizens 62 and older have a discounted ticket price of $8.
