Adirondack Center Stage presents The Spongebob Musical

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea and became the hottest star on stage? Why, it’s SpongeBob SquarePants! And now he’s ready to ride the wave to your theatre to entertain and delight audiences in this brilliant, bright, hilarious and brand-new musical.
Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing, dynamic stage show with Adirondack Center Stage! When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world!
This show is the culmination of a four-week musical theatre workshop for youth, ages 8-18. Saratoga Arts makes this program possible with a Community Arts Grant funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
This summer marks Adirondack Center Stage’s 17th year! These kids are not just performers, but also involved with the process from top to bottom; painting scenery, helping with tech and costumes, assistant directing, and much more! Adirondack center stage helps children learn teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills, under the instruction of a caring, talented and professional staff.
